One bakery job from start to finish: the quote, the invoice, the reminders and the payment. Cut from paper, with sound.
Plirin follows each job from the first estimate to the last payment, so you always know what’s been agreed, what’s been sent and what’s still owed.
Send an estimate with your prices and terms. Your customer opens it from a link and accepts it by typing their name, and the exact version they agreed to is kept on record.
Add line items, discounts and tax. Pick terms like Net 30 and Plirin sets the due date. Send it now, or schedule it for Monday morning.
Choose when reminders go out, before or after the due date. They run on your time zone and stop once the invoice is paid. On Growth and Scale, late fees can follow, on terms printed on the invoice.
Record bank transfers, cash, checks or card payments taken elsewhere, in full or in parts. The balance updates on the invoice, the PDF and your customer’s link.
The receivables side of a small business, in one tool: no more cross-checking a spreadsheet against your inbox to work out who still owes you.

Names, companies and billing addresses that print on every invoice, with each customer’s full history.
Issue a formal credit against any invoice, numbered in its own sequence, with a PDF to send.

Yes. Plirin names tax the way your country does, such as VAT, GST, MwSt. or TVA, across 36 countries, and prints your tax ID on invoices and credit notes. Where your country itemizes tax, you can set a rate on each line, and an issued invoice keeps the wording it was sent with.
